Tasty chicken and very fresh... But foreigners may get scared by raw chicken they serve (apparently it is ok to eat Japanese chicken raw!!!) in North America, restaurant will be in trouble to serve raw chicken

Good flavor

When I asked my friend in Fukuoka to take me to a good restaurant where I can enjoy some local treats, this place was it. Beautiful entrée, different parts of chicken prepared in various ways cooked in a mouth watering soup, then rice or noodles to finish off the meal just like any other Japanese hot pot. I don't expect hot pot broth to be not much more than what you cook the food in, but this one was well worth drinking as a soup.
